The Canal Society of New York State will be holding their Winter Symposium at Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY on Saturday March 2, 2013. There will be talks on a variety of canal topics, including the work NYGA is doing on the Erie Canal. Come visit the New York Geographic Alliance table at this symposium. We will be showing off our new booklet on the Erie Canal and a CD of photographic and mapping resources.
